Front Desk Receptionist – Veterinary Hospital

At Aspen Park Vet Hospital, we are looking for a compassionate, organized, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people and animals, and supports a holistic approach to veterinary medicine alongside western medicine.

Responsibilities

• Manage a busy front desk while providing exceptional customer service
• Answer multi-line phones professionally and efficiently
• Schedule appointments and assist clients with questions and concerns
• Maintain accurate paper files and patient records
• Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties
• Communicate effectively with doctors, technicians, and clients
• Support daily clinic operations in a fast-paced veterinary environment
• Learn clinic systems and procedures quickly

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required
• Veterinary medicine knowledge or previous veterinary experience preferred
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Fast learner with a positive attitude
• Full-time availability required
• Supportive of holistic medicine in conjunction with western medicine
