Join us for a journey through sound. Your body will enter a parasympathetic state where natural healing can occur. Lauren uses instruments from all over the world including crystal and metal singing bowls, didgeridoo, handpan, tongue drum, Native drum and various other percussion to bring you to a state of calm and balance. Let the vibrations course through you as you set an intention for the healing you need.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and anything else for your own personal comfort. Doors open at 6:30p, and sound starts promptly at 7:00p. Please come early to set up your comfort zone.
