We are reaching out to share an exciting opportunity to partner with Rugged Recess, a new and unique adult field day experience coming to Evergreen on August 2, 2025!

Rugged Recess is all about bringing the community together with nostalgic, fun-filled activities designed for adults 21+. From field day games to live music, DJs, food trucks, and microbreweries, this full-day event is expected to draw 3,500–5,000+ attendees who are eager to support local businesses and have a great time.

What Makes Rugged Recess Unique?

• Community Focus: 10% of all event proceeds are donated to local nonprofits through our "Non-Profit Promise." 2025 currently includes our Evergreen Chamber of Commerce, Evergreen Parks and Recreation District and Rocky Mountain Academy of Evergreen (RMAE). 
• Brand Exclusivity: To ensure sponsors receive maximum visibility and engagement, we are limiting overlapping business types. For example, we will feature only one massage therapist, one yoga studio, one gym or CrossFit studio, and one type of food per vendor (breweries are the exception). This ensures your business stands out and connects directly with attendees.
• Brand Exposure: Sponsors will have opportunities to showcase their business through booths, swag bags, signage, interactive demos, and more.
• High Engagement: Our attendees are socially active and eager to engage with local businesses and brands.
