Evergreen Academy of Music

I started playing the piano when I was 7 years old. ?When I was 10, ?I started playing the flute. I loved it and ?I continue to play piano and flute as an adult. In college I learned to play the clarinet and all of the other wind instruments at a basic level. I started teaching elementary general music right after I graduated from ?the University of Redlands with my Bachelors of Music in Music Education and my K-12 Music Teaching License. I taught elementary band, choir, and general music for 9 years at multiple elementary schools in California and Colorado. I now teach private lessons full time instead of teaching in a classroom. I enjoy connecting with students ?personally and watching them grow as people and musicians.
