PT Sales Associate

Marmalade is looking for a PT Sales Associate to join our team. This sales position is 12-20 hours per week and does include some weekends and national holidays.

What You'll Do

Our sales associate role creates an engaging Marmalade guest experience for every guest, every time they shop (or browse) in our boutique. In this role, you will exude warmth and positive energy, initiate conversation and connect with guests in a genuine, fun way. While the primary focus of the sales associate's role is our guest's experience, additional responsibilities include:

• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using the boutique point-of-sale system.
• Embracing product knowledge, current trends, and artist's stories about their work
• Assisting to maintain a clean & visually inspiring boutique including recovery and replenishment of product.
• Partnering with the owner to execute the boutique's direction and complete tasks while prioritizing the guest experience.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures.

  Position Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the boutique including some weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency in fast-paced environment

  Pay range /  $15.50 - $18 per hour based on experience
