Job Title: Contract Marketing Coordinator
Position Type: Contract, Part-Time (10-15 hours per week)
Compensation: $25 per hour
Reports to: Director of Marketing & Development
Location: Hybrid (some in-office hours required)

CAE is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Contract Marketing Coordinator to enhance our marketing efforts. This role is perfect for a creative professional with strong graphic design and social media management skills who excels in content creation, organization, and time management. The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing, public relations, and advertising efforts across multiple CAE departments, producing compelling visual content and executing strategic campaigns.
- Develop and execute innovative, impactful design solutions that align with CAE’s brand identity.
- Design and produce promotional materials, including banners, signage, posters, flyers, postcards, brochures, programs, and other creative projects.
- Assist in managing CAE’s online presence, including social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and digital content hubs.
- Collaborate with different departments to create engaging social media content and maintain a consistent posting strategy.
- Occasionally write and update website copy while ensuring alignment with CAE’s brand voice and incorporating SEO/SEM best practices.
- Occasionally create content and formatting for promotional email marketing blasts.
- Maintain organized archives of design files and marketing materials for easy access.
- Add event listings to public calendars and explore additional non-paid promotional opportunities.
- Highly efficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Canva (required) and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
- Strong experience managing and creating content for social media platforms, including knowledge of advance scheduling and best practices by platform with a business account.
- Knowledge of fine art, performing arts, and/or nonprofit marketing preferred.
- Photography and/or videography experience a plus.
- Exceptional written communication skills tailored to various audiences.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact) a plus.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress for website content management preferred.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working both collaboratively and independently.
