Ensure excellent customer interaction with a strong focus on sharing Bivouac’s mission and consulting on coffee options.

Perfect drink making per Bivouac’s recipes and create an exceptional customer experience.

Being organized and being open to follow company guidelines on how to communicate internally and externally (Slack, e-mail etc).
