Job Details:
- $14/hr + tips
- Part-time (10 to 20 hours per week)

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the espresso machine and other café equipment efficiently while ensuring quality control.
- Serve and/or package bakery items for customers
- Operate and handle financial transactions accurately using cash register or Square POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stock shelves and merchandise products
- Clear and wipe down tables in seating area as necessary
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety and sanitation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Prior experience in a food, customer service, retail, or barista role is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Knowledge of basic math
- Must be 16 years or older to be employed
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
