Project Manager Job Description
Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of water well projects, including scheduling/dispatching, project management, well equipment system design, job materials staging, project estimation, project invoicing, customer service, managing work orders, collections and preparing regulatory reports.  Position is full time, on-site and includes high phone volume.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Mechanical aptitude and excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in project management
  • Knowledge of water well systems and related equipment (preferred but not required)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Benefits & Compensation
Starting Salary $70-$80K (based on hourly rate + OT) 
Work schedule is 7-5 M-F with an hour unpaid lunch
Benefits include:  100% employer-paid healthcare, 48 hours of paid sick time, 48 hours of paid personal time and (6) paid Holidays, 401K (3% employer contribution), and profit sharing.
