Description
The Evergreen public library is hosting the Steps to Financial Freedom workshop series for the public. Join me for a timely session focussing on Women and money- key issues that are impacting women and their financial security especially in retirement years- when you are single, divorcing/divorced, married or widowed. Women experience multiple interruptions in their earnings life cycle due to life events that adversely impact retirement and quality of life. How do you ensure that you don't outlive your savings & protect your dependents including aging parents? Divorce planning: pre- during and post divorce considerations; Tax planning issues for widows and impact on social security benefits; using insurance solutions for long term care planning, pension replacement and estate planning. You will get a clear roadmap on how to take control of your finances and what investment & insurance strategies to adopt as a tax payer and business owner to ensure that you are saving more and losing less $$ to taxes. This workshop is family friendly and spouses, partners, parents of the women in their life are also encouraged to attend. Attendees are eligible for a complementary strategy session to review your personal information in private.
