Evergreen Lake will shine from 9 am to 10 pm, when Evergreen Park & Recreation District (EPRD) holds the second annual Winter Festival at Evergreen Lake, brought to you by Never Summer — a jam-packed day and night of outdoor activities for all ages. Ejoy watching or participating in a Ski and Snowboard Rail Jam, pro and amateur Ice Bike races, the Snowman Walk, family activities, food, drink and vendors -- capped by a spectacular fireworks display over Evergreen Lake.
