This year’s Weekend in the West Art Show & Auction will showcase paintings, sculptures and more from over 20 top Western artists at the Lucky Penny Ranch in picturesque Evergreen, Colorado. On Friday afternoon and Saturday morning collectors will interact with artists as they create works of art and immediately have the opportunity bid on and take home their favorite pieces.
Join us on Friday, September 21 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM, as artists set up their easels and materials to create paintings and sculptures during a 60-minute Quick Draw. Collectors will have time to converse with the artists and enjoy sumptuous hors d'oeuvres from La’Cuisine of Evergreen. After completing their miniature masterpieces the auction will begin!
Events on Saturday, September 22 begin at 9:00 AM with artists setting up for a 90-minute Quick Draw as collectors watch them work en plein air or inside the beautiful show arena. A delicious breakfast buffet, also catered by La’Cuisine of Evergreen, will be set to enjoy with mimosas at tables in the center so you won’t miss a moment of seeing the art take shape. Once the Quick Draw ends, the auction begins and collectors immediately have an opportunity to take home fine works of art. Proceeds from Weekend in the West will go to the Bootstraps Scholarship Fund.
