The Jefferson County Workforce Center offers 2009 Educational Series for Businesses Learn about the latest workforce trends facing your workforce regardless of the size of your company. Our professional presenters will inspire and refresh you with valuable, up-to-date information while you enjoy breakfast. The first workshop in the series, Understanding Generational Differences in the Workplace, will be held Tuesday, January 13th, 8:30 a.m. - 11 a.m. at the Table Mountain Inn, Golden. Come and learn about the new cultural challenges organizations are facing and the introduction of another generation in the workplace. This workshop will focus on the inherent challenges of a multigenerational workforce and how generational differences in the workplace impact communication, performance feedback, and how work gets done.
