Leader: Sherri Tippie
Tippie will be giving a slide presentation and will discuss beaver and share some of the techniques that made her one of the most successful live-trappers around. She will also tell you about some of the people who want beaver relocated to their land. Most importantly, she will cover some of the conflict solutions so beaver don't have to be relocated.
Tippie is internationally recognized for her efforts in live-trapping and relocating beaver. She recently worked with the Norwegian Institute for Nature Research, (Nina) putting together an manual on non-lethal methods of managing beaver.
