On Wednesday, September 19, 2012, Jefferson County Historical Society presents "The Cowboy's Muse: A Portrayal of Nancy Cooper Russell". Mary Jane Bradbury will portray Nancy Russell, wife of famed Western Artist Charles M. Russell, explaining how she encouraged and supported him in his artistic career, and was perhaps responsible for his great worldwide success. The program will begin at 7 P.M. Pre-registration is required and there is a $7 admission fee. The program will be held at Hiwan Homestead Museum, 4208 S. Timbervale Dr., Evergreen CO 80439.
