Evergreen's Annual Outdoor Quilt Festival Seeks Entries!
On Saturday, October 2, 2010, from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M., the grounds around Hiwan
Homestead Museum will be filled with the colorful artistry of more than 100 handmade
Quilts and Afghans gathered from the Evergreen community and beyond. Quilters from
around the entire area loan their handiwork to Hiwan Homestead Museum for the
colorful display. The Museum will be open during this event and an array of quilts will
be on display inside Two quilts per person may be entered in this non-juried show, on a
first-come-first served basis. There is no charge to enter your quilts. Entry forms are
available at Hiwan Homestead Museum, 4208 S. Timbervale Dr., Evergreen Colorado

Hiwan Homestead Museum is a 17-room log mansion constructed in the Rustic style of architecture. It is located in Evergreen at 4208 S. Timbervale Drive and is a Jefferson County Open Space facility operated through a partnership with the Jefferson County Historical Society.
