Description
We are excited to announce that Rabbi Salomon Gruenwald will be our scholar and artist in residence this year. He will be lending both his artistic talent and his notable scholarship of biblical and rabbinic texts and traditions to our ongoing celebrations for CBE’s 50th [Jubilee] anniversary .
Rabbi Salomon most recently served the Hebrew Educational Alliance in Denver for 16 years. During his time with the HEA he was known for his caring and compassion for all congregants and for cultivating the Denver Jewish community through the wisdom of Torah. He is also a talented calligrapher of Hebrew and recently trained by the Jewish Studio Project as a facilitator of an innovative approach to learning that brings the transformative power of the arts (and art therapy) to enrich the study of Torah and our relationships to one another.
