Social Emotional learning and mental health awareness are KEY to nurturing resilient, healthy families and communities.
This FREE Sunday afternoon, featuring workshops with Jim Fay of Love & Logic and experienced guides of Resilience 1220, is OPEN to ALL and includes dedicated breakout sessions for teens and parents of teens.
Learn to identify the signs of suicidal and self-harm thoughts, debunk "myths", and gain important skills to seek and provide support for those in need.
