20th ANNUAL MOUNTAIN AREA EARTH DAY FAIR

VENDOR INFORMATION
Thank you for your interest in participating in the 20h Annual Earth Day Fair in Evergreen, Colorado . Our Mountain Area community and environmental fair will be held on Saturday, April 18, from 10 am. until 4 pm. at the beautiful Lake House on Evergreen Lake . The Fair is free and open to the public, drawing both adults and children interested in information and activities that protect and promote a healthy environment.
Fees collected are used to offset Fair expenses. Fees for exhibitors are as follows:
Non-profit groups - not selling, $10
Non-profit – selling, $20
For profit groups and businesses, $30
Youth run non-profit groups and governmental agencies will not be charged a fee.
We strongly encourage HANDS ON, INTERACTIVE DISPLAYS that involve the public to the greatest possible extent. Additionally, in the spirit of Earth Day, we ask participants to LIMIT paper handouts and direct their efforts to quality discussions with the public.

The Mountain Area Earth Day Fair has become increasingly popular and highly informative over the years. The event will be held regardless of the weather.
