Description
Mental Health First Aid is an interactive course that teaches people how to assist and support others who may be experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge. The curriculum includes a two-hour self-paced course, & a 6.5 hour in person session led by MHFA instructors. You will receive communications about the self-paced course 2 weeks before the course start date.
To attend, you must:
• Complete a self-paced course prior to class.
• Have a valid email address to receive materials and log in.
