- Doors open at 5:30
- Louisiana food buffet starts at 5:45-6:00 and ends at 6:45
- Tunisia plays from 7:00 PM until 10:00 PM
- Three tiers of tickets: $25 per person gets you in the door; $65 per person gets you in the door and the Louisiana food buffet; $85 per person gets you in the door, the Louisiana food buffet and 2 drink tickets.

- BUFFET MENU: (subject to change): Seafood Etouffee; Jambalaya; Chicken and Shrimp Gumbo; Crawfish Boil Served W/ Clarified Butter and Lemon; Deep Fried Okra; Corn On The Cob; Jalapeno And Cheddar Cornbread
