Description
History shows civilizations that let their natural resource shortages get out of control do just that. Is our civilization heading toward failure? The nonpartisan League of Women Voters of Jefferson County will host a panel of five top experts with various perspectives on current water demand and supply issues along the Front Range on September 25 in Golden. Topics will include the impacts of population growth, natural gas fracking, financial challenges, development and climate change with focus on solutions to these challenges. The public is invited.
