ABCs of On-line Education: On-line education -- does it work? For whom? Would your child succeed at a virtual school? Who pays for it? Is it public? Is it run by private corporations? How does it affect Jefferson County Public Schools' bottom line? The nonpartisan Jefferson County League of Women Voters will tackle these questions and more at its November meeting in the Evergreen-Conifer area. All meetings are open to the public, regardless of party affiliation.
