Description
Lynette Makowski has created a diverse garden habitat at an elevation of 8,000 ft in west Evergreen. Her garden has been designed to attract birds by providing them food, water, shelter, and a place to raise their young. She has hosted numerous bird species and entertains well over 75 hummingbirds to her garden. Her sanctuary has been certified by the National Wildlife Federation as a wildlife habitat. Join Lynette in sharing her passion, experience, and challenges about gardening at high altitude including when, where, and what to plant. Please RSVP online www.evergreenaudubon.org
