Description
Caregiver Survival Skills is a free educational series presented by the Mountain Caregivers Resource Group. February's topic, "Legal Issues: Preparing for Difficult Decisions", is designed for anyone interested in legal issues that may affect you or a loved one now or in the future. Topics include understanding legal tools and preparation, legal instruments and proceedings, and voluntary and involuntary planning.
The presenter is attorney Janine Guillen, JD, MBA, RN. Prior to joining the law firm of Davis Schilken, PC, Guillen spent 15 years in health care operations and administration with HealthONE. She maintains her Colorado nursing license and is licensed to practice law before the Colorado Supreme Court. She serves on the board of directors at Mt. Evans Hospice & Home Health Care.
The free seminar will be held from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 17, at the Evergreen Fire & Rescue Administration Building, 1802 Bergen Parkway, Evergreen
