Evergreen Luxury Tour

Exclusive estates located in Evergreen and the Golden Foothill’s prestigious communities will generously open their doors to the public on June 27 and 28 in an effort to support Mount Evans Hospice Care. This exclusive event is organized and sponsored by local real estate brokers and businesses. The luxurious tour features state of the art residential architectural designs, fine art, lavish furniture and various upscale mountain amenities.

"In addition, each tour participant can feel good about donating a comfortable amount that will directly benefit Mount Evans Hospice Care." Local real estate agents are also raising funds for Mount Evans Hospice Care by donating proceeds from sales. One development, Cub Creek Ranch, generously donates 1% of each sale of the 49 custom home sites to Mount Evans Hospice Center. There are three estates in the Cub Creek Ranch division featured in the tour. This unique event provides the public with an opportunity to participate in luxury living while supporting a great local organization. Each estate will welcome the public from 1:00pm until 5:00pm on June 27 and 28.
