Description
The tough economic times facing all Americans and the world not only stresses people's finances but their relationships with others as well. Collardey Counseling and Consulting in Kittredge is offering the community a seminar that will help both of these needs. "Cutting Costs and Gaining Peace-of-Mind" will be offered to the first 16 people who register by Nov. 14. It will take place at 10 a.m. to noon on Nov. 22 at their office, located at 26030 Hwy. 74, just two miles east of Evergreen. This unique saving-money-while-strengthening-relationships seminar has no set fee. Attendees will make a contribution towards offering future seminars based on their financial means and the value of what they learned from the seminar, which will demonstrate the power of "paying it forward." Refreshments will be served, and homemade snacks to pass are encouraged for attendees to show how saving money can be delicious and fun. Stories of what people do to cut costs while helping their relationships thrive will be posted on the Collardey Counseling and Consulting blog site, "Caf© Generous," to help benefit everyone in the community. Tim and Elizabeth Collardey will facilitate the seminar in such a way as to encourage attendees to pool the strategies and the wisdom they have gained for both saving money and keeping their relationships strong. The seminar is a how-to where people present are the experts.
