Author, printmaker and teaching artist J. Ruth Gendler discusses creative work as a process and a practice and invites members to reflect on creativity in their lives.
Friday, February 7, 6 PM potluck dinner,
7:30 PM Shabbat Eve service and discussion
Ruth will offer a talk related to the biblical reading for Shabbat including the Song of the Sea (led by Miriam and her timbrel), leaving Egypt heading into the wilderness, and the manna story.
Service to include poetry on the Qualities created by the children.

Book Study for Parents (and grandparents)
A time for parents to look back at their own experiences of childhood religion and to note and record the spiritual questions of their lives at this time with young children. A space to celebrate
