Learn what resources are available in our rural and mountain communities. Share experiences and ask questions in an informal and friendly exchange aimed at improving your knowledge of available health, medical, and wellness services.
Access to care from prenatal through geriatrics and end of life care will be explored including hospice & palliative care, bereavement, mental health and disease specific topics.
Knowing what services are available before hand can greatly reduce the stress of obtaining these services when needed. Put yourself and the health of your loved ones first.
