Description
The Denver Women on the Move Luncheon is a fundraising event hosted by the National MS Society, Colorado Chapter and driven by a small group of passionate volunteers with a simple goal: to raise funds for and develop awareness of multiple sclerosis (MS). The funds raised support programs and services for those living with and affected by MS, as well as funding research that will lead to a world free of MS. This yearâ??s keynote speaker is Wendy Booker, a part-time Boulder resident who after being diagnosed with MS in 1998 decided to become the first person living with MS to climb the Seven Summits â?? the highest peaks on each continent.
