Join us for a captivating walking tour of historic Pine Grove, a charming town founded in 1886 at the site of a major railroad stop. This guided tour offers a unique opportunity to explore the rich history of the area, including stories of its colorful past, notable residents, and folk Victorian architecture. Learn about Charles Dake, the visionary founder of Pine Grove, and discover how people lived in the town during its heyday from the 1880s into the 1930s. Along the way, you'll see Victorian-style homes and structures, each with its own story to tell. Stops on the tour include the historic Pine Community Center, the Pine Grove Cemetery, the Pine Library and the newly completed Pine Grove History Park.
