Group Wellness Coaching for Moms (applicable for all types of primary caregivers) This amazing programs is geared especially towards moms and will help you: lose the last of your pregnancy pounds (even if your "baby" is now 10 years old), maintain (or recoup) your sanity, create fast but healthy meals your little ones will love, amp up your sex life, and find a style that works for your new body without sacrificing taste! While similar to my signature program, this program has a reduced group rate and adds the opportunity to socialize! It doesn't get better than that! We will meet for 6 weeks, each session lasts 1.5 hours. This program is designed to help moms rediscover and nourish their sense of self. During this time, we will focus on physical and emotional health, as well as the spiritual needs of a mom.
