Description
MindFest is a free community event focusing on mental wellness. There are 30 ambassadors representing various organization and practices educating about traditional and nontraditional therapies. There are speakers addressing pertinent topics and last but certainly not least; there are a number of hands on activities designed to promote mental wellness. Our goal is to equip people with tools that they can use immediately to improve their mental health and wellness.
