Description
This is a 5 hour workshop that will include shadow work, yoga therapy and breath work. Through this experience, you will be able to dive in and discover what you're holding in your body, mind and soul. This will allow you to access your inner and authentic self and it will become a way for you to transform your life. There will be art integration and journaling.
