Description
We invite you to an evening of classical music by Lloyd Roger Grubaugh at Conifer Community Church on the evening of 19 September, 2014. Doors open at 7:00pm, concert begins at 7:30pm. Proceeds will benefit JOY International, a Conifer-based non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing child sex slaves around the world and here at home.
Pianist Lloyd Roger Grubaugh is a graduate of the UCLA college of fine arts (1974) with a bachelor's in Music / Piano Performance. He studied with world-renowned music master Aube Tzerko for seven years. Tzerko's main teacher was Artur Schnabel, who was a student of Teodor Leschetizky, who was a student of Carl Czerny, who was a student of Ludwig von Beethoven. Roger has spent most of his life playing popular music under another name.
We ask that you please consider a donation of $20 for an hour of beautiful, musical melody and to benefit a worthy cause, JOY International. Thank you for your generosity!
Event sponsored by Walter L. Newton, My Mountain Town, and Conifer Community Church.
