Tamara Wayland is a compassionate listener, tough negotiator, and skilled litigator with more than 25 years of legal experience. She believes the best outcomes are those where clients feel protected, understood, and able to move forward with peace of mind.

Tamara began her career as a public defender and later served as an administrative law judge and assistant attorney general in Georgia before moving to Colorado in 2008. Since then, she has built a trusted family law and estate planning practice rooted in Evergreen, where she has lived for more than a decade.

Known for her ability to guide clients through high-conflict divorces, child custody disputes, and complex family matters, Tamara balances strength with empathy. Outside the courtroom, she is an avid hiker, dog lover, and active member of the Evergreen community.
