Mountain Realty owner K.C. Golfinopoulis is an experienced real estate broker who specializes in mountain properties, and who has a track record of more than 25 years handling land transactions.
K.C. helps buyers and sellers make informed decisions from contract to closing. He is dedicated to helping clients long after the transaction is final by providing follow-up referrals for professional services.  
A native of St. Louis, K.C. and his family became local residents after discovering Evergreen's perfect blend of location, beauty and community.  He is an executive member of the Evergreen Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Conifer Chamber.  K.C. is active in the Evergreen Downtown Business Association, assisting with its special events and marketing efforts.
K.C. and his family thrive in our mountain community, taking full advantage of hiking, mountain biking and planning their Colorado adventures.
