Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in. Wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring water. No previous self-defense experience is required.

Social Gathering: 5:00–6:00 PM
Every woman deserves to feel safe, confident, and empowered.
Join Fight 4 Hope Foundation for a FREE, hands-on women’s self-defense seminar designed to teach practical techniques, build confidence, and increase personal safety awareness.
What You’ll Learn:
- Situational awareness and recognizing potential threats
- Setting boundaries and using assertive communication
- Escaping common grabs and holds
- Basic striking and self-defense techniques
- Defending yourself from the ground
- Building confidence and responding under pressure
No martial arts experience is necessary! This seminar is designed for women of all experience levels.
Following the seminar, join us for a social gathering from 5:00–6:00 PM to connect with other women in our community.
Admission is FREE!
Donations are welcome but never required. All donations support Fight 4 Hope Foundation’s mission to empower women, support youth, and provide life-changing programs for individuals and families in our community.
