CALENDAR GIRLS Written by Tim Firth Directed by Pamela Clifton Featuring the StageDoor Theatre Adult Company THEY DROPPED EVERYTHING FOR A GOOD CAUSE?? Modeled on the hit movie, Calendar Girls is based on a true story about a group of working class British housewives who became overnight celebrities by posing nude in order to raise money for a new leukemia unit at their local hospital. Their venture is a huge success, but the women?s friendship is put to the test under the strain of their newfound fame. RATED PG-13
