Description
Highly sensitive persons (HSP) are 25% of the population. We tend to be more aware of our surroundings, anxious, easily overwhelmed, and exhausted. If left unaware, and HSP can experience a host of nervous systems difficulties such as chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and others.
Facilitated by Dr. Rev Laura Palmer, an HSP counseling specialist and Reiki Master Teacher
