People like to say we should live in the moment. But what does that actually mean? The moment is all there really is! This profound insight cracks open our customary way of looking at our lives…in the best possible way. Learning to go with the flow of impermanence is deeply relaxing, and we can let go of our usual clinging to what we consider to be our problems and limitations.
