The Renaissance Denver Downtown Hotel – ideally situated along the 17th Street corridor and a short walk to Union Station and Coors Field – is celebrating Labor Day Weekend with a local chalk artist activation themed around America’s favorite pastime; baseball! On Saturday, August 31, Denver-based chalk artist Kyle Banister will create a baseball masterpiece in the hotel’s driveway (off Champa Street, between 16th and 17th Streets) and guests are welcome to watch his art come to life and enjoy a complimentary jar of candied habanero bacon (a signature dish) in Teller Bar.
