Description
The Jefferson County League of Women Voters will meet in the Evergreen area Nov. 12 to update hydrofracturing (fracking) developments and to review the LWVCO consensus on fracking that was reached in 2012. The League will look at local attempts to ban fracking, changes to setback rules, groundwater monitoring and the impacts of recent flooding. The public is welcome.
