Participants learn to make goat cheese, Melitzanosalata (eggplant dip), Macaronada (Greek pasta) and Kotopoulo Lemonato (Lemon Chicken) paired with Chardonnay and a Anise (Ouzo) toast. Cooking classes include a full meal and beverage pairings. Reservations required.
