Who doesn't love pasta? And fresh pasta is worlds above the store-bought dried pasta most of us were brought up on. Surprisingly, making delicious fresh pasta at home is amazingly easy, requires no special tools, and takes very little time!
(Would you believe me if I told you you could have a pound of pasta sauced and on the table in under 45 minutes?)
Join us tonight as we make Lemon Cornmeal Fettucine with Spicy Spinach & Roasted Butternut Squash and Stracattelli Al Ragu Misto (Stracattelli with a Mixed Meat Sauce). Of course, what is a pasta dinner without Homemade Garlic Breadand a killer Caesar Salad?
