If so, you will be interested in attending the Heal Your Life® workshop originally developed by Louise Hay and that is based on her philosophy. Paola Balsa, a licensed Heal Your Life® Workshop Leader, Reiki Master and certified Herbalist will be presenting this workshop that will help you identify negative beliefs that are limiting you and then learn transformational techniques to release these limitations and go beyond them. You will learn that loving yourself is the foundation for making positive changes. While this is easy to say, it is not often easy to do! By using affirmations and visualizations and other techniques, you will experience transformation as you heal the past and allow barriers to dissolve. Every area of life can be improved with this workshop: relationships, health, career, and prosperity.
