Description
Zero to life in 60 minutes. That's what occurs in rainwater potholes. Walk with a naturalist to discover these hidden, brief worlds. Understand these living fossils, their importance, and their tough fragility. Ages 6 -10 yrs with an adult. This program will have a moderate hike included. You will meet the naturalist at the western trailhead. (31677 Buffalo Park Rd. Evergreen) Registration for this program opens at 9:00 AM one month before the date of the program. If you are registering after this time, but space is no longer available, please call Lookout Mountain Nature Center at 720-497-7600 to be placed on a waiting list.
