Description
Just like Neil Diamond said, “Pack up the babies and grab the old ladies. And everyone goes!” It is a fun practice of yoga poses, music and games with breathing techniques and movement for physical and emotional well-being. Family Yoga is a wonderful opportunity for family members of all ages. We will create shapes together like a star, circle, or flower and play yoga games to move. You can expect lots of fun!
