In this 3 hour workshop you will:
- Learn the comprehensive basic 15 minute workout that covers muscles of the face and neck
- Find out details of facial exercise that maximizes muscle building performance and prevents you from forming uneven muscle development, stretched skin and blemishes
- Take part in guided meditations to build self love, self confidence and connect with your inner beauty
- Take with you a workbook detailing the individual exercises, and a work out log
- Have access to our exercise audio link you can play from your smart phone or tablet.
- Get an individual skin consultation from our medical esthetician to determine what skin care products and procedures are best for your skin
