Empty Bowls Conifer Lunch

Empty Bowls Mountain Project Empty Bowls events are held across the country and around the world to support food banks, soup kitchens, and other organizations fighting hunger. At the Mountain Resource Center event, guests attend one of three meals. These events offer a simple fare of soup up and bread, and feature the work of local artists, students, and community members who donate hand-crafted or painted bowls. A silent auction is also offered at each event. Each guest takes home a unique "empty bowl," as a gift and reminder of those who face hunger every day.
